These terms cover deployed.social and the Deployed service. If you work with us, your order or proposal sets out what you bought; where it differs from these terms, the order or proposal wins.

What Deployed is

A monthly intelligence department for agencies, PR firms and brands: a dedicated analyst who audits where research would help, then runs it for you and sends the reports. Reports are made from public posts, ads, comments, reviews and AI answers, and from any account data or files you choose to share.

Reports describe that data as we found it when we collected it. Posts get deleted, ads change, and AI assistants answer the same question differently from one day to the next. Reports are research to help your own judgment, not professional advice, and not a promise of results.

Booking a call

Sending the "Book a call" form asks us to get in touch. It is not a purchase and doesn't create a charge or commit you to anything.

Fees

Fees, billing dates and cancellation terms are set in your order or proposal.

Who owns the reports

The reports we deliver to you are yours. You may rebrand them, put them under your own name, and resell them to your clients (white label). Adology keeps its methods and technology, including the engine your analyst uses to make the reports.

Posts, ads and other material shown in a report belong to their owners; we show them to describe and comment on them. Data you share with us stays yours, and we use it only for your work.

What you agree to

• Only share account data or files you have the right to share, including your clients' data.
• Don't use Deployed or its reports to harass anyone.
• Don't try to copy or rebuild Adology's methods or technology from the service.

Limits on our responsibility

Reports come as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made from a report, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law says otherwise.

Ending things

Either side can end the service on the terms in your order or proposal. Reports already delivered stay yours, and you can ask us to delete the data you shared. The sections on who owns the reports and limits on our responsibility still apply after it ends.

Governing law

The governing law and venue are those named in your order or proposal.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a service you're paying for, we'll email you before it takes effect. Questions: hello@deployed.social. How we handle your information is in the privacy notice.
